Route Homes successfully transformed an empty 900 sq.ft. commercial unit in the heart of Bloor Street, Downtown Toronto, into a fully operational FreshSlice Pizza restaurant through our complete Design-Build process.
From the initial concept and space planning to architectural design, engineering, permit approvals, and final construction, our team managed every phase of the project under one roof. The vacant commercial space was carefully designed to maximize functionality, customer flow, and operational efficiency while meeting all Ontario Building Code and commercial restaurant requirements.
Our scope of work included architectural design, permit applications, interior demolition, framing, electrical and plumbing coordination, HVAC modifications, flooring installation, custom millwork, commercial kitchen preparation areas, accessible washrooms, lighting, interior finishes, storefront improvements, and the complete restaurant fit-out.
