Route Homes is a design-build renovation and construction company that has served Toronto and the GTA since 2006. Our own team designs, engineers, permits and builds each project, so the people who draw the plans answer for them on site.
Most of our work is home renovation: full homes, kitchens, bathrooms, basements and condos, plus additions, garden and laneway suites and multiplex conversions. We also build custom homes and commercial fit-outs.
Route Homes was founded in 2006. Since then the team has completed more than 150 projects and logged more than 100,000 project and engineering hours.
Our work comes with a 2-year workmanship warranty, and we carry $5M liability insurance and WSIB coverage.

Our own team. Arash Esfahani, P.Eng., leads engineering and permits, Mosayeb Moradi the architectural design, and Adeel Khan, our Construction Manager, the site, trades and budget. Hamid Sadeghi, President and Lead Contractor, leads construction and design.
