Route Homes successfully completed the full commercial renovation and interior build-out of 6ix Iron Indoor Golf, a 3,000 square foot indoor golf simulator facility located at 142 George Street in Downtown Toronto.

This project involved transforming an urban commercial unit into a modern, high-performance indoor golf club designed for year-round play, private bookings, and recreational entertainment. Located in the heart of Toronto, the project required efficient space planning, acoustic coordination, and precise technical integration to support advanced golf simulator systems.
