Be a Site Supervisor at RouteHomes
As a Site Supervisor at RouteHomes, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction activities at project sites. Working closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The Site Supervisor will be the on-site point of contact for contractors, workers, and other parties involved in the construction process.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or coursework in construction management is a plus.
Proven five (5) years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction, with a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
Strong leadership and team management skills to guide on-site personnel effectively.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
Effective time management skills to ensure construction projects stay on schedule.
