As a Project Manager at RouteHomes, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our real estate development projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints. Your primary focus will be on coordinating activities, communicating with stakeholders, and addressing any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and external partners to deliver high-quality residential properties.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
Proven at least five (5) years experience as a Project Manager in real estate development or a related industry, with a track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with project management tools and software. Knowledge of construction and real estate industry practices is preferred.
